求助 XDF+NN 不明白611为什么选E

这道题为什么when,if后面可以省略主谓，很明显，新东方不是说

状语从句中 although, if, when后面发生省略(S +be)的条件：

l从句是(S +be)结构

l从句主语S’ =主句主语S

主句==S+BE
这个谓语部分明显 lead嘛！所以我就不明白为什么E对！！？？

lead是主句的动词啊，从句是if (they are) not accompanied by .....

还有...答案不是E么.....

那你不是默认这种省略是对的吗！？可是你看我的帖子里面说的很清楚了，那个省略条件之一是主句必须得是 S+ IS /AM /ARE才可以

本来就选Ｅ　阿　inventories 是复数，后面只能用ＬＥＡＤ，Ｄ选项用的ＬＥＡＤＳ

不是，我记得XDF老师说主句也得是S+be!!所以我才奇怪呢

省略的前提条件：主语有没有必要是S+BE？
也就是说，省略必须满足：
1）主句主语S+BE
2)从句主语也是S+BE
3）主句主语=从句主语
对吗？我觉得我记得新东方笔记没错，那上面这道题就是特例?还是别的？求确认！！
