我在这里发贴，需要大家的帮助和指点。谢谢各位了！

我是Tongji本科CS毕业的，GPA 3/4, GMAT 710, TOEFL 107。两年半德国制造业公司；三年SAP经验，一半时间在国外工作。希望MBA毕业后在IT strategy planning的方向工作。

2010年初只申了Insead结果被WL,十月份的时候又申了LBS,COLUMBIA,CAMBIRGE结果都被拒了。看到论坛上那么多人都拿到offer我很迷茫，不知道有什么地方可以帮我看一下essay。或者我申请的学校不适合我？

我觉得你的背景没有致命弱点, 国外经验也是INSEAD所要求的. 可能是Essay或者面试还有提高空间, 或者这一届类似背景竞争激烈的原因

It's very common, b/c other candidates are more competent than you. I have the same background with you (be more specifically, better than you) and I have been rejected by Cornell and Cambridge, still waiting for the MiF at LBS.
