答案是D没问题，关键是A用法有点疑问，PREP解释说：(A) 现在分词结构在本句中修饰对象不清楚，and前面不应该有逗号，加了逗号使得and representing没有语法上的平行对象
疑问是：状语如果平行能用 AND 连接么？如果不用 and 时直接并列就行了？
是amounting to roughly five miles per gallon, representing。。。么？

非NN,其实是个loser. amounting紧跟在year后面，造成修饰上的歧义。
