IX. Statement of Financial Resources

This statement must be completed by ALL full-time applicants. The purpose of this section is to indicate how you intend to finance your graduate education and to inform us if you are applying for financial aid. Financial aid awards are based on a combination of academic merit, financial need, and availability of funds. APPLICATIONS RECEIVED ON OR BEFORE FEBRUARY 15 WILL BE GIVEN PRIORITY. Please be aware that all provided information is subject to verification. MSF applicants should not complete this information. 我申的当然是MSF Full-time的，不知道这页财产证明到底要不要填。第一段要填，第二段又说不用。。不知道第二段是不是只针对part-time的学生。。 谢谢谢谢！

应该不用吧，他都说了
我申的full time maief  
财产证明表上说 学校录取你以后，你确定要来才给人家寄 ：“XXXXX....., after an offer of admission is made” （你可以看下）
所以我就没寄
显然是不影响录取的：）
