看曼哈顿语法里讲“The TO can be omitted in the second infinitive(and all the rest), unless there is a parallelism marker before the first infinitive."
下面给的例子有：
Right: It is critical to suspend activities, notify investors AND say nothing.
Right: It is critical to suspend activities, to notify investors AND to say nothing.
Right: It is critical EITHER to suspend activities OR to notify investors.

请问啊，这第二个例句怎么会是对的呢？明明讲的是除非在第一个不定式前有parallelism marker，第二个应该是第三个例子的错误范例啊！这是在下的愚见，请各位大侠广泛发表意见，谢啦

第一句和第二句在示范没有 parallelism marker 情况下，可以选择省略“to”，也可以不省略
第三句示范有parallelism marker（either  or）情况下，“to”不省略

ls 是正确的 就是有either to..or..to 的时候to 是不能省略的
三句平行的时候是可以省略的。
