前半句中would，暗示了存在虚拟条件。因此if only是首选。
其次A和B是一样的，可以排除；
in that 是原因从句，而while是转折。

不推荐看lzm语法。虽然确实有有用的内容，但是过于浮于表面，不足以应对GMAT的高度，看多了反而走火入魔。

<<曾见有人谈经验说语法部分不用看懂句意。>>-->对，但是尽量看懂句意，至少看懂部分关键的句意。没有看懂句意做题不稳当。语法点其实就是“表达逻辑含义的各种方式”，要从本质解题就是从逻辑含义解题。

如果要确保700以上，语法正确率应该有85%。也就是一次考试尽量不超过2-3个语法错误。
