这题考察more so...than...的结构
首先要了解so是副词，表示 这样，如此 的意思
在so的用法里，第五条是 used instead of repeating an adjective that has already been mentioned（用于替代已经提到过的形容词以避免重复）
例如：She's quite reasonable to work with-more so than I was led to believe.
so=reasonable，同时比较结构和more...than的用法如出一辙
下面继续看这道题
A 选项，符合more so than...的用法，用those who与women who平行对称，正确
B 选项，which就近指代satisfaction，逻辑上more应该改成higer才对，说satisfaction was more than是搭配失误
C选项，more than犯了和B一样的错误
D选项，同上
E选项，which就近指代satisfaction，但which was显得多余，笨拙，可以省略直接用more so than...结构，retiring分词照应的不如who retired那么好，所以有瑕疵，不选，答案是A
