选A，同意sdcar2010的说法，其实A也有够恶心的……
B正在进行时没道理，而且会导致跟后面不平行
C its没有指代。
D  说一个员工同时属于几个公司，逻辑错误，it没有合理指代
E  the特指不对，因为前面没有提到过某个公司，加上定语从句就变成了“那个雇员们犯了罪的公司犯了罪”，限定了公司，扭曲了原意
