could you please tell me which school is better, oregon unversity or university of delaware?  Am i qualified to  apply for MACC in oregon university?
I just got my tofle score and started searching for schools.  i will be very grateful if you can introduce some good programs to me.  Now i live in japan, and i am sorry for not typing chinese.

my background:  bachelor's degree in biology in ocean university of china and  master's degree in biology in one university in japan.
gpa of bachelor is 3.4, gpa of master is 4
gmat 690.  tofle;106  
get some accounting credits from on-line course of mantana university
passed  USCPA examination
