In this case, the word "who" refers to "members" not "one."

as i am a sophomore in Econmics B.A. now and interested in PhD program of MIS or Econ.,it would be quite kind of you if you could share your career story...

You are right.  I am a scientist and my interest is NOT in either economics or management.  In fact, I may "disappear" after a couple of months . . .
