AB项都是逗号后的状语错误，and前后没法并列。逗号后double应该是修饰828,000 square miles的，但E项double的就近词是acre。D项支离破碎，对比来看肯定选c了。我是这么排除来做的。至于用with的原因，with部分做状语，可以表示原因，伴随状态等等，没什么错误啊。
