C even if they can afford household appliances their grandparents would have found miraculous 里面的their grandparents would have found miraculous 不是修饰household appliances 的么，那不是缺少了个which么？

C没有错误，省略了that/which连词；
E）be able to错；to their parents错，要改为for their parents。而且表达很awkward
