Because I will transfer to another university out of state, I am seeking one clean and respectful Chinese housemate who is mature and responsible, for 1 room available on third floor in our family-pattern-house.



Available from December 18^th 2010, moved-in time can be discussed. If you want to move in January 2011, it’s fine.

Only rent to Chinese student

Rent: $380 per month including everything except electricity and heating.

Expenses for electricity and heating are shared by all students living here, nearly $10 per month in summer and $25 per month in winner.



About the room:

-10*10 one bedroom

-Wood floor and white wall

-With furniture: one bed, one bedside table, two lovely desks for books or computer, one reading lamp, two chairs, one large closet (a dresser fits inside) for clothes and sundries, one clothes rack, one heating installation (really powerful, I never feel cold in the room), one dome lamp

-Two windows with beautiful view

-Free internet, very quick to link



About the lease:

Because I sign a one-year lease when I rent this room in September, you need to continue my lease from January 2011 to August 2011. But you have the right to sublease the room to others if you want.

- 10 minutes walk to Orange line T-station on Malden Center

About the roommates:

-Three NEU male students living on the third floor, 2 PhD and 1 master. If you are female, don’t be afraid to live with them. They are very nice, very kind and respectful. I am a girl either and there is another girl living on the second floor.

-One Suffolk U female grad student and two NEU male students living on the second floor.

-Everyone in this house is kind and responsible; sometimes we do some cooking and go shopping together. They are all full-time students from China.



About the environment:

-Safe community

-Quiet and clean community

-People living around are main white American and Asian
