Do you agree or disagree with the following statement?
The best way to improve the quality of education is to imcrease teachers' salaries.



Education is the perpetual topic in our times. People are progressively aware of its paramount and appear spontaneously willing to invest into cultivating their children, thus the quality of education that the children is received is been paid lots attentions more than ever. But how to make it? Some people claimed that the best way to improve the quality of education is to increase teacher's salary. It seems like a very reasonable resolution to deal with this situation, but i assume that there are still some better choice.


Obviously, there is no doubt that increase the salary of teachers can improve the quality of education. The increasing of teacher's salary undoubtedly will become a intense stimulation of the motivation of their work. With this high worthy consequence, teachers would devote themselves to the practice of improving highly carited education. In contrary, if teachers salary keep in the same standard in current society that the price of everything is growing up dramatically, their basic live would be struggled needless to say the passion of working. So, to increase the salary of teacher is an way that should be done and have some contribution to the education quality development.



However, expect for this means, there are still many elements that influence the education quality. Actually, as an more essential factor which deserves people's attention is that the method of teaching.As a general school age child, the place where they spend most of their time is the school rather than home. So how do the school teach them can be a tremendous influence on the child's view toward the world, value, and life. Hence a good method is the most critical aspect for education. In the same manner, a twist method on education corresponding lead to a wrong consequence. For instance, the high school education in some Asia countries like China, Japan, Korea, the student have been immersed a view that pass the exam should be the sole aim of study. Thus the student of these countries have great ability to study but no sense of creativity and diversity. From above factors, the most striking conclusion is obvious that develop a great method of education is the most important and effective aspect to improve the education quality.



If all the factors above are considered, we will find out that to get a more efficient method of teaching is far more influential and profound than any other trying to improve the education quality. Although to increase the salary of teacher is a important way to improve education quality ,it is not adequate and sufficient to get the best consequence. Therefore from what we have discussed, we may safely come to the conclusion that to increase teacher's salary is not the best way to improve the education quality.
