我来解答第一题，这题印象深刻。答案是C,应该分成两句话来理解
any medical test will sometimes fail to detect a condition when it is present
any medical test will sometimes fail to indicate that it (a condition) is present when it is not

A就错在用one来指代a condition,C用it就解决了这个问题
