不同意。
The results of the company's cost-cutting measures are evident in its profits。

我觉得it指代company。可是我记得代词无法指代 所有格的。

If it refers to the company, then "the comany fell over the last two years." Oops.  It's the profits which fell, not the company!

即便是profit。 it指代也是不对的。

你是否认真看提干了呢？上面的那句不是划线部分呀。
