OG 136 ，正确句子是

官方对136的解释是，whereas introduces two contrasting situation and should be folowed by parallel structures. in this sentence,whereas is immediately followed by  a clause beginning with the prepositional phrase "in mammal", it means that the second part of the sentence must also be a clause that opens with a prepositional phrase that functions in the same way.
既然是这样的话，那么131的正确句子中，第一句话的主语是 the energy,但是第二个句子的主语却是 nuclear power啊。这么颠倒过来说，也属于"parallel structures"?

也就是说，最好一致，但是如果有明显逻辑错误，考虑相似。对吧？

唉，关于这道题如果是在考场上肯定看到whereas我就选结构对称的那个答案了。。逻辑歧义总觉得很难一遍读出来啊
