但是我觉得A中的过去完成时的用法貌似也不对吧：没有一个过去的时间点来表示这个动作（she had emigrated to New York ）的结束啊。。。

我觉得很合乎逻辑啊,in germany发生在emigrated to New York 之前,
有明确的时间点提示,并且呆在germany这个动作随着emigrated to New York而结束
