Congratulations on your offer!
If you do a good job in your first year PA, it's quite easy to secure a PA for the second year. Two main types of PAs, one in your center and the other in the MBA office.
If you have a relative solid academic background and can speak English very well, you may want to try TA for the second year. TAs will put in longer hours than PAs do but enjoy good opportunity for honing your presentation skills.
On campus recruitment starts in different time frame for different specializations. I don't remember when it kicked off for CFIB. During orientation you'll be provided a time table. But I suggest you jump start as soon as possible.
Get a hold of your center director or a career staff in the MBA office and understand the whole campus recruitment process.
Research which employers always come to Wisconsin MBA and/or your center for fulltime/interns recruitment.
Think about how to put together a story of yourself when reach out to alumni/employers.
Manage your own profile and position yourself meeting market needs. Think about what you can bring to the table that domestic students cannot. Why an employer should/could go through all the trouble (filing H1-B, accepting your language/culture difficulties etc) and offer you a job. (btw, job and intern are highly co-related in US. A company usually won't offer you an intern unless they as least consider you for a fulltime job.)
Dig deep in those main professional social network sites.
Make full utilization of the career service in the program.
Last but not least, be well-prepared, be flexible and be strong.
