我想确认一下申请材料的要求。是不是只有成绩单和学位证书的复印件要邮寄，其他的网上提交就可以了呢？

If you were educated in a country where your original transcripts or diploma/degree certificate are not in English, you must send both and official, attested transcript and diploma/degree certificate in the original language and a certified (attested) English translation of the transcript and diploma/degree certificate from the issuing institution.

这里还说成绩和学位证书都要公证

到底怎么回事啊？我也申了啊。。。
我不能多等一年的啊。。。
在读证明先交，报道时交学位证书不可以么？

他家网站上有一句话说强烈建议毕业时间在5月31以后的学生不要申请。他开学特别早，怕是那时候我们还没毕业。话说，我也是应届的。没抱多少希望，试试吧。
