CSUF寄材料时就要存款证明?

After submitting an online international admission application, youneed to submit the following supplemental documents to the Office ofInternational Education and Exchange:

• A financial affidavit of support, signed by your                 financial sponsor, e.g. yourself, your parent etc.
  
• A bank statement or bank certification from your financial sponsor's bank (dated within the                  last year), showing funding                  at least $29,700 for Undergraduate students and at least $28,404                  for Graduate students.
                  (Note: Tuition and fees are subject to change by the Trustees                of the California State University without prior notice.)
• A copy of your current I-20 and/or I-94, if you are currently in the United States.
  
• A copy of your passort (pages showing name, date of birth, country of birth, photo, and passport expiration date)
  

可不可以拿到AD后再寄啊..那个dated within the last year是不是最早的只能是去年之类的存款...就是证明日期必须在去年以来...
