oral expression is really important for business phd, you must prepare yourself for showing your speaking ability in future interview. if prof. finds it is hard to communicate by english, you may be in a extremely bad situation.

if you can, find some visiting prof. in your school to give you a strong reference , that is very useful. and also try to get some working paper in english as a additive material in your application portfolio

谢谢，我们院好像没有，不过可以试下去HK那边跟教授聊聊，毕竟这边离HK不远，虽然更想去SG，还是以能有offer为先吧~~~~

paper方面，有一篇第三作者的中文paper，英文的话，就只有我的毕业论文了，不知道这个可不可以算working paper in english ?
