A，correct, each引导的独立状语从句，相当于each+名词+verb，如each student buy.....等；
B中that are being, C中being, D中to be，属于redundancy;
E中roofs与a rectangle单复数矛盾。

known as shades（pl结尾）， each +介词短语/形容词短语或者是ing结构
