对于你的第二个提问，我做题的时候有一点点感觉，就是S-V-O,doing 这样的句型很难对，尤其O是个名词的情况下，因为至少有三种情况：1、doing是伴随状语修饰了主语S
2、从逻辑上判断doing是结果状语，是S-V-O整个句子导致的结果
3、doing是后置定语修饰前面的宾语O
如果无法由上下文确定其中的某种情况，那就是有歧义的句子

可是over past twenty years 放在knowledge后面，是明确修饰knowledge么，有没有歧义：如果是修饰knowledge,就是积累了过去20年的知识，如果是修饰amass的则是用20年积累的知识。

顺便再问个问题：D,E选项OG给的解释说现在完成时跟现在进行时不搭配，偶就不明白了为什么这两个时态不搭配呢？随便举个例子：After i have eaaten some food, i am swimming now。这句话其实我读起来挺别扭，但是它错在哪里了呢？ 恳请楼主及路过的NN们赐教下吧！
