一般而言，人们不像10年前那样关心肉类和高脂类的摄入了。走进H店————一家从60年代开始卖绿色蔬菜和全麦的店,你会发现品种丰富的的乳制品。隔壁G餐馆，一家老式素食店，老板低调的生活着（make a modest living），但对面新开的牛肉店的老板早已成为了百万富翁。

我就是看了中文还是不明白什么意思，觉得这几句话都没什么联系呀。。。。求详解

题目的观点就是——后面那些现象都是第一句话引起的1、老蔬菜店也开始卖起高脂肪来——肯定是因为人们不注重健康，开始需求高脂肪的东西来了
2、蔬菜店老板过的穷，牛肉店老板赚得盆满钵满——肯定是因为人们买的肉多了，蔬菜少了。


你要写的就是，这些现象并不一定反映了人们对红肉及脂肪摄取的concern少了。（因为在西方观念里，红肉脂肪对心血管不好，为了健康就应该少吃）。
