请问如果用twice和two times，这题该如何表达才是对的，谢谢！

错在increase. twice, two times 都可以理解成提高了两次, 有歧意. 非要用twice, two times 整个句子就得改

这个 more than 在这里做什么成份呢？是做副词修饰 doubled 吗？我一看这个more than，就以为句子没有谓语。

可以理解成副词修饰 doubled , 另如：

The good days more than make up for the bad ones.

这个怎么不用完成时呢？from 1978 to 1985表示已经完成了，而且是过去的过去。

double不是一个持续的动作，double只能一次，不能一直double下去，如果楼上的查词典会发现有些词不能用have!
