Rice has protein of higher quality than that in wheat这句是不是对的，好像是对的那为什么 Rice has protein of higher quality than that  of wheat 是错的，求牛牛指教

这题我知道。是因为WITH句子不能修饰Protein，但我先问的是，如果 IN 改成OF，是不是就变成 rice和that OF比较了，为什么这这题不会造成Rice 和 that in 的比较呢？ that 的指代就清晰吗？为什么

因为这句wild animals have less total fat than that of livestock fed on grain 比较的是wild animals和total fat of livestock。比较非常的不平行。
而这句Rice has protein of higher quality than that in wheat 比较的是protein和protein in wheat.
两个虽然都是后面that of ~~~结构和前面名词的比较，前一个是主语和后面that of ~~~结构的比较，而后一个是宾语和that of~~~结构的比较。
