排除了比较之后的结构是be likely to plan on sth.而不是be likely in planing to do

几倍几倍之后一般不再加more than了，因为几倍就表示比。。。多，无需有than的比较了 用as。。。as即可

我感觉是因为前一个比较句中minority graduates are nearly four times 里面是没有宾语的，所以后一个比较句中不需要把谓语are补出来。白勇语法中好像讲过有宾语时必须补谓语，没有宾语不补。比如I eat apple as fast as you do
