我觉得这个不是最主要的问题。C的中心词错了。显然应该是disruption而不是supplies。

我不是讨论这个选项为啥错，是想请教一下这个解释是不是正确。。。。。

语法书会告诉你可以引导。类似于语法书告诉你IT可以只待全面的整句话内容。但在GMAT中这种现象属于重点嫌疑对象。我只能说从概率上宁可错杀这样的句子也不轻易选对。类似的语法现象还有很多很多。原则上都属于表达不简洁清晰或者容易造成误解。
