答案是：world when they proclaimed a sacred truce for the festival month
我选的A，A 我觉得也没错啊，因果关系，莫非是因为during要用现在完成时的关系？我记得prep上说，when 不是只能加在动作后面或者时间后面而且不能随便乱加，求教A错在哪里，还有when的用法，
