intend的用法：sb intend to do sth或者sb is intended to do sth都可以

不选C的原因主要是因为 put through triage 的位置吧，c中这个词组修饰成room了

那rules和law不是同樣的東西嗎...  要被服從的....

那Ｅ错在哪里呢？是在to ensure one nurse bla bla时没有加that来引导从句么？还是this is 有些awkward呢？
