什么是Graduate Certificate?

在USC的Marschall Business School里开的Graduate Certificate。最后写着“Successful completion of the Graduate Certificate program is documented on the graduate's USC transcript and acknowledged with a certificate (diploma) issued by the University of Southern California.”。这个算Master Degree吗？还是只给一张文凭，不算学位的？
