这个答案是不是可以理解为 对于that的对称 从句内部时态可以不一致？
                                            或者 如果出现了虚拟语气 那么就不用看时态了？

我觉得要说这题的两个that从句是并列，那也是很松散的一种并列，因为它说的两层意思不可能在时态上一致，第一层是一个事实，当然用一般现在时，第二层是假设，用了虚拟
还是首先要看逻辑含义的吧，这种平行对称不一定要强求严格的语法对称的~
