第二个是用will还是would的问题
这里实际上涉及到一个说话人语气的问题
79题表达的是一个不成文的规定 所以说话人的语气是很肯定的 if所引导的条件从句表达一种先决条件 在这种先决条件下 主句的动作一定会发生 所以用现在时

而关于67题 因为有一个assumed 所以是法国人假设的情况 在表达这种假设情况下发生的事情 语气往往是比较弱的 有点虚拟语气的意思 所以用了would 同样表示一种假设的结果
