我查了一下朗文，it's said后面是可以省略that的，可能GMAC认为这里连用两个that好像不好吧，好像看og还是大全时有遇到过这种情况。

GMAT中确实有宾语从句省略that还是正确的情况，看下面两个例子，找了好久啊：

Scholars who once thought Native American Meratures were solely oral narratives recorded by missionaries(传教士) of anthropologists now understand this body of work to consist of both oral Meratures and the written works of Native American authors, who have been publishing since 1772.

还有一个announce后面引导宾语从句省略that的例子：

我记得还有一个宾语从句省略that的例子，实在找不到了，不好意思哦

我觉得it's said, think, announce这三个词应该是比较特殊的，因为我查朗文，字典上都允许他们省略that引导宾语从句，我想在其他选项有明显错误的情况下可以允许省略that的

都可以省。前提是不引起歧义或逻辑错误。believe后面的that也是这样。
