答案选A， 我选了D。 为什么不对呢？ 答案说A符合了平行结构，但是joined是主动，后面两个是被动，这样也没有关系么？

主动和被动是可以并列和平行的啊，D就是因为injure没有用被动语态才错的啊，因为她不可能自己伤害自己啊~况且如果你认为主动和被动不可以平行的话，那么D选项中后面也有被动式的was discharged啊
