可以的啊~过去分词和现在分词这里都是做修饰的，只是表达的主被动关系和时间关系不一样，但是是可以并列来修饰的

OG里面这题spawned是被动吗？还是只是表示过去时？ 如果是被动的话是不是省略了（that was spawned），那被动语态什么情况下是可以省略助动词Be的呢？
