两道score800的语法题~十分纠结~~版主现身吧~真不懂了

第二题如果非要说B的话我觉得唯一能解释通的就是are 前面的which省略了

第三题选 D
I like flower, be it yellow or red.见过类似用法,

第一题，答案给的是A，搞错~不过还是不懂
第二题 忽然明白了，一直以为are essential to further science 是去修饰主句的，但现在看来应该是都属于which从句，三个并列修饰 largest solar arrays 的，还是没注意意思啊~ 可是这个时态....

第三题 形式很怪哎~~~怎么读也感觉不爽，为什么非要这么说呢？AB用whether也没问题吧？

对于第一题，OG12-67中有解释，

Conditional constructions require specific verb
tenses. For a past condition, the subordinate
clause introduced by if uses the past indicative,
and the main clause uses the conditional if x
happened, theny would happen.

主句应该领先从句一个时态

uh...第一题我觉得应该是A...虚拟语气针对过去情况的话，主句应该是would have done，虚拟条件句要用had+过去分词。

第二题时态没有问题，用一般过去时、一般现在时、一般将来时都没有问题，但是就是不能用A里面的would be increasing，将来进行时awkward，且逻辑上increase和reflect的时态应该一致。
increase用了一般将来时 will increase 表示了现在仅是received，还没有构建好，还没有发挥increase的功效。
其他几个选项都有大错。

第三题，略微倾向于A，不觉得A里面的whether用法有误。
见下例：
Shipwrecks are more likely to be found undisturbed at great depthsthan in shallow coastal waters, where archaeological remains are exposed to turbulence and are accessible to anyone in scuba gear, whether archaeologist, treasure hunter, or sport diver.

be it的用法比较老了，是whether it be的倒装式，whether it be用了subjunctive form不知道GMAT里面接受与否，whether在GMAT里面出现甚多，但从未出现过用whether it be，而都是用了whether it is的，所以be it的用法，GMAT接受与否仍然是个悬念。

134. As rare as something becomes, be it a baseball card or a musical recording or a postage stamp, the more avidly it is sought by collectors.
(A) As rare as something becomes, be it
(B) As rare as something becomes, whether it is
(C) As something becomes rarer and rarer, like

由此，我想难道是因为A选项列举的内容不如D清晰所致？这绝非GMAT题的考法……
或许whether的用法仍需高人提点一二。

咋看都不是800分的题!都是基础题! 第一道题目就一个虚拟语气,if had done ,  would have done ,这是高中就学过的语法知识! 一个点就排除全部! 第二道就是考了一个平行结构!逗号是可以加的! 最后一个不懂!

加问一下，表对过去的虚拟必须是,if had done ,  would have done？？没有did的形式？？？
