关于MBA出来后工作的plus

比较了解的就只是非常typical的投行和咨询针对MBA招聘，还有强生等几家大公司针对MBA的program，所以想知道除了这几个去处之外其他MBA们的工作比一般的工作几年+master毕业究竟有多大差别？毕竟投入还是多出不少的哎
如果以后想直接回国的话，是不是MBA相对于master的优势比起在美国又要小一些呢。。。

如果是换方向，MBA直接回国的话只在投行和咨询业有优势。如果是回到出国前做的方向，像Corporate finance, 收入可以提高很多。

A few general management programmes (which tend to be global- they also have the option for you to go back to China for a rotation if you want), like PepsiCo, J&J, etc, only recruit out of MBA and not other masters programmes. However, you can still be managers at these companies- you just won't be on their 'rotational leadership programme'. These tend to offer better hours but worse pay than banking/consulting, but tends to be seen as a better long-term career by business school students.

However, most of these companies want around >5 years of working experience.

These rotational programs sound interesting cuz banking/consulting is just impossible for my lifestyle. I wonder what other companies offer these rotational programs?
