These rotational programs sound interesting cuz banking/consulting is just impossible for my lifestyle. I wonder what other companies offer these rotational programs?
A few general management programmes (which tend to be global- they also have the option for you to go back to China for a rotation if you want), like PepsiCo, J&J, etc, only recruit out of MBA and not other masters programmes. However, you can still be managers at these companies- you just won't be on their 'rotational leadership programme'. These tend to offer better hours but worse pay than banking/consulting, but tends to be seen as a better long-term career by business school students. However, most of these companies want around >5 years of working experience. -- by 会员 jelt2359 (2010/6/21 21:20:44)
