cannot be foreseen 还是foreseeable

个人觉得是简洁性问题,就好像can优于be able to 一样

是否是not foreseeable, 应用unforeseeable?

1. 表达能不能,为了表达得更准确,如果是可能性用can,如果是能力be able to.
2. 否定尽量用not+adj.不要用unadj.因为unadj不够准确

出现情态动词一般不能随意删除。can最好保留

D中weather conditions that are not foreseeable的定语从句显得罗嗦,完全可以用形容词定语搞定

我觉的是foreseeable表示能力,同be able to,weather condition没有foresee的能力,只有人有,所以用can+被动的语态表示能被“人”预测出。所以选B。

我做的时候也错了这道,所以就这样理解的。不知道对不对。

我是这样理解的 因为pilot errors后面跟了动词 cause ,所以为了平行weather conditions后面就是cannot be foreseen,还有就是动词foresee>形容词forseeable,不知道对不对呐哈

我觉得应该是通过平行对称的原则来判断选B吧,
D中 "and" 前面是个主系表结构,后面是个主谓宾结构,
而B中的 "and" 前后都是主谓宾结构,更符合平行对称原则

所以答案选B

B表示(不能被预测的)天气状况。D表示天气状况不能被预测,是个非名词的句子,无论在语义还是在语法结构上都不如B好

首先这替考的是平行 accidents,weather conditions,pilot errors 都是名词

A.could错误使用过去式but前面是can;they指代问题 语法上指代pilot errors 逻辑上应该是 人 ;过去完成时也不对

C.unforeseeable weather conditions不平行; are the cause wordy 不如动词 cause;they had 同A

D.看到 that are     wordy 直接排除
