为啥C不对呢。。OG解释是wordy，我还觉得正确答案D wordy呢。。额。。。请教各位NN啊，bow~~~

OG里另外提到C选项的另外两个错误：distorts meaning和lacks completion.
我个人对这两个错误的理解是：
distort meaning: GMAT原句是意图在表达“教育者没有预料到微电脑科技不是他们（教育者）的错”，强调的是没预料到微电脑科技的原因，而C选项表达的是“不是那些没有预料到微电脑科技的教育者的错”，这里强调的是不是他们的错。
lacks completion:C选项的主干是it hardly be said that it is the fault of educators。这里it is the fault of educators 给人的感觉是有了上句没下句。

C选项里面的第一个it指代第一个that，第二个it指代第二个that，而D选项相比C更简单明了。
我感觉像这样的两个it连在一起指代不同的东西都是错的

个人认为C的选项是限定性定语从句的问题：
educators who have not anticipated the impact，限定了是have not anticipated the impact的educators，而不是所有的educators而他们没有anticipated the impact。
D没有这样的歧异

OG关于C的解释中提到：it distorts meanning
因为原句表达为：...that it is ther fault,强调的是整体概念
而C选项变成了：it is the fault of educators，强调的是of从属关系的部分概念。

所以OG讲C distorts meaning
