这道题我知道选B，但是还有一个疑问那就是怎么样来区分动名词做主语和doing形式作形容词修饰名词？？

帮顶，只知道有名词的情况下，名词优先于动名词

意思就是已经出现了rates, rising的作用就应该被当做动名词作形容词了？？

这个地方的rising应该是作形容词吧~~~buying做名词。。。我觉得看后面跟不跟名词勒，如果后面跟名词，比如the increasing rate就是做形容词，如果是什么都不跟,做成分，一般就是名词。。。粗陋的见解~~
