答案是A，我选了C，在国外的坛里也发现有人说答案是C，到底应该选啥呢？
PS：字典里查到plan on 是打算做某事的意思。

我也觉得选C~答案是A吗？其实我觉得GWD很多题目的答案都是众说风云的~

谢谢楼上的回复，我用的是GWD31的版本，答案就是A，但是我觉得C对。。。刚模了一套就有俩答案和以前的讨论贴不一样。。。。

我觉得选A， more likely than are other graduates in planning to practice倒过来还原就是than other graduates are （in planning）,而C缺少不出的助动词are，不好

但是be likely to do something.呀，没有in doing something的说法呀

俺也觉得选C，冲着be likely to do sth.，OG里也反复提到这个idiom，且as的前后比较对象是对应的啊，没有歧义吧。
