选B我选的D，我想了想D除了和为划线不平行以外，是不是doing的用法也是错的？
是不是 “逗号+doing”只能做伴随状语，逻辑主语是前句的主语；或做结果状语，修饰前面的整个句子？而不能单独修饰前面的一个词（在这个题里面是logging和fires）吧？

楼主注意后面but do not denude the forest.  but后面接的是一个动词原形，说明前面肯定也得是一个动词原形，如果用了burning,与后面的but do搭配是错误的！

是不是 “逗号+doing”只能做伴随状语，逻辑主语是前句的主语；或做结果状语，修饰前面的整个句子？而不能单独修饰前面的一个词（在这个题里面是logging和fires）吧？
