也不是，that在做宾语从句引导词时如果省略依然可以使读者清晰的理解句意，那么就可以省略

另外语法笔记上说announce to do/be是标准的错误结构，announce后面要加something或者that从句

有个别特例，think, tell 有没加that但是出现在正确选项的情况，看来announce也是个特例  ，D其他表达的都挺好

A 表达的别扭了点，they 还有点修饰sales的歧义，不过要是第一次做我也会选A ...

不知道关于d 还有没有更合理的解释，讨论讨论

个人认为选项A中的they既可以理解为1/4的商店，也可以理解为所有商店，所以有歧义。

而A是they will be closed

在A选项中，they的指代不清楚，是所有的店呢，还是1/4的店要关门大吉？我这样觉得，所以不选A。

C 则很明确。
