Classes are held at the Ronald Reagan Building in downtown Washington, D.C., within walking distance of the White House, U.S. Department of Treasury headquarters, and other important Washington landmarks. The Smith MS in Business: Finance is designed for full-time students and can be completed in one academic year. The program is also available to students who wish to take fewer credits per semester. Classes meet at the Smith School's Washington, D.C., campus located in the Ronald Reagan Building and the International Trade Center. The core consists of five courses (12 credits). Supplementing the core coursework are elective classes enhancing your experience and allowing you to become highly qualified in Finance. Students must complete 18 credits from a list of approved elective classes. Upon approval by the academic advisor, students may substitute up to six credits for electives not listed as approved.
