每月的几号是最佳考试日期?

这可能也是很多人都想知道的问题吧, 涉及到换题库等方面的考虑, 有没有一个较为GENERAL的看法呢? 希望知情人贴在这里, 大家讨论一下.

每个月题库都要换一部分题，大部分人一般选择22号之前考试。
也就是说22号左右很可能换一次题型，题库中也有部分题目进行了更改。
3月份是25号换了一次题型
