1)句子的逻辑意思是什么,我对它划线的部分觉得很别扭...==
2)分号在语法中有什么功能和意思没有
3)be priced to sell什么意思==

如果they指代的是酒商的话，那么and后面的省略句就不完整。

省略句只能省略上文中已经出现过的东西

所以这道题they指代wines是毫没什么问题的

they指代的应该是wines

首先，分号已经将两句分开，所以后一句是独立的，主语跟第一句无关，所以不能由第一个分句的主语来判定第二个的主语；
其次，their wines have been priced to sell中，可以将their wines直接换成the wines，句义和语法意义都没有变化，所以第二句中主语应该是wines （跟their无关，它只是个形容词性物主代词，或者直接看成形容词也可）；
第三，sth is priced to sell意思是降价促销；
最后，and they do sell意思是确实卖得很好（例如，this book sells good），加一个do只是表强调，而省掉sell是为了避免同前面的sell 重复，于是就有了and they do

分号在GMAT句子里面的作用主要是连接两个句子，显然这里不是考这个语法知识点
be priced to sell，我的理解是因为前面VINTNERS为了降低库存，决定降价，be priced to sell,也就是说也红酒真的是以这个价格来卖。
为了表明事件的先后顺序，后面用了一般现在时。

1.整句意思： 努力为了减少库存，意大利葡萄酒商已经降了价；他们的红酒正在被重新定价来卖，而且酒商们确实在卖（有人买）。

2.分号用来连接两个完整的句子。

3.price    v.  to decide the price of sth. that is for sale (usually passive)

我写错的原因在于，不懂得“；”的意义，让我以为后面那半句是用来修饰前面的，然后就找了更过去的时态

可是这样子的指代不会有问题么..前面的所有格中的their是酒商，后面they又变成酒了？
而且酒自己可以are selling吗？

"they" 指代的是＂wines". "sell" 作不及物动词时， 意思是＂被卖出＂ ＂有销路＂， ＂有人买＂ 的意思。参见牛津高阶＂sell＂的第四个意思
