第一题：选A，thereby boosting……做状语表结果；B里which boost从句修饰哪个名词呢？

第二题：选D。因为A里句子时态是过去式，而这里应该用完成时。

第一个题  我觉得improve boost  等等动作是前面although引导的那句话发出的  用it是不能引导前面那句话的。所以A不对
后面那题，我觉得是看时态

出题人的意思显然是improved efficiency  may reduce harvest rates    才stimulate，boost的   重点显然不在improved efficiency 上面
而是在reduce harvest rates 这个现象上
