1) 修饰成分应该尽量靠近修饰对象

2) 逗号+ -ed形容词的结构中, -ed形容词从语法上修饰的是逗号前最后一个名词

3) 分词短语在句首起状语作用,逻辑主语等于句子主语

(A) when drafting…结构中缺乏逻辑主语; included…结构中缺乏句子主语应该在included之前加上一个what用来做was a call的主语; 即使上面两个问题修改后,句子结构仍然复杂,笨拙.

主要是对A答案的解释有间疑义：
个人想法如下:
When drafing在句首做整个句子的状语从句，逻辑主语等于主句主语。
而后面的主句included in it by the author, Elizabeth Cady Stanton, was a call for female enfranchisement.是个倒装句，主语是a call
还原句子是:a call for female enfranchisement was included in it by the author, Elizabeth Cady Stanton,
为避免头重脚轻，就将included前置了
所以主句也没问题，有问题的是状语从句的逻辑主语A Call不能充当Drafting....的逻辑主语
以上是我个人想法，和解释有点格格不入，还请大家指教，我的想法错了没，错在哪？

我个人认为lz分析的还是挺有道理的。不过也不算格格不入吧，是对该选项的两种可能的理解方式。不过这个句子即使没有agreement的问题，句子结构的笨拙复杂还是逃不掉的。毕竟when也是这个句子的一部分，要考虑避免头重脚轻应该以整句的角度来调整而不是句子的一部分。
